SZF Series Linear Vibrating Screen Product Overview: 

The vibrating screen is a mechanical screening equipment suitable for dry screening of damp, fine-grained, and difficult-to-screen materials. It is currently one of the domestic screening machines designed for handling challenging materials. This vibrating screen features large amplitude, high vibration intensity, low frequency, and an elastic screen surface. It maintains maximum open area during operation, resulting in high screening efficiency, large processing capacity, easy screen plate replacement, and reduced costs. Its oversized screen surface and high processing capacity meet on-site production needs. The screen's structure adopts a multi-section screen surface vibration while the screen box and frame remain stationary, enabling large-scale screening.  

The SZF Linear Vibrating Screen uses vibration motors as the vibration source. The vibration causes materials to be thrown up and move forward in a linear motion on the screen mesh. Materials are evenly fed into the screen's inlet through a feeder and are separated into various sizes of oversize and undersize particles through multiple screen layers, which are discharged from their respective outlets. It offers advantages such as low energy consumption, high output, simple structure, easy maintenance, and a fully enclosed design. With no dust dispersion and automatic discharge, it is particularly suitable for assembly line operations. The product is available in single-layer and multi-layer configurations to meet different customer needs and can also be custom-made.
